Sepai have recently launched a collection called 'TUNE IT', which is a range 'extracts' packaged in a faux syringe which you add to your serum or moisturiser to achieve certain effects.
The products come with titles which tell you what they're designed to achieve, for example 'volumising facial', 'tan prolong', 'slimming body'...There is even one called 'Boobster' (yes, really) which claims to firm and improve the appearance of your bust. Others say they can either volumise or firm your face and body, or remove and help prevent cellulite.
If the syringe packaging alone isn't enough to put you off (I am needle phobic but also think this just looks unattractive) maybe the price of £48 per syringe, containing just 12ml of product, will send you running...

I haven't tried these products myself so I can't say whether they work or not but I am always instantly sceptical when a product claims it can help you slim down, or that it can transform your bust.
